Well-known restaurant chain owner and a local developer buy DeWitt eyesore

DeWitt, NY – In 2017, a popular restaurant — Tokyo Seoul — closed its doors permanently on Erie Boulevard East in DeWitt.
Since then, the building has become an eyesore with its peeling roof, boarded-up windows and weed-filled parking lot. A chain-link fence surrounds the property.
